New Update!

Car is back together and running great.  Sorry for the late update, been working on a few other project cars.

Motor in back from the machine shop and we are currently assembling it.  It received new 81.5 mm piston, the crank has been polished and will be together and in the car by the end of the weekend.  I will be taking pictures and posting them here soon.

I am currently in the process of rebuilding a customers 1.8t.  What lead to the rebuild was an oil starvation problem that is inherit with the AEB engine code.  The head off the original motor could not be used due to cam journal wear past specs.  The block is currently at the machine shop being bored for new pistons.  I should have pictures of the new motor shortly.  Check back for updates.
